What types of properties do you manage?
We specialize in single and small multifamily properties in Laguna Beach and Dana Point, California. Properties not far outside of these cities will also be considered. We also have extensive experience with Airbnb/VRBO properties (even out of state) and will consider those on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to reach out to discuss the needs of yours.
What are the steps for leasing a property?
Leasing a property with Arches Property Management is a straightforward process. Prospective tenants contact us through a listing and we immediately respond with property rent requirements and tour availability. All tours are facilitated by Lindsay, on site, to ensure property security and appropriate vetting procedures. All full and complete rental applications (handled through our portal) can be presented to the owner for their approval or handled completely in house. We'll assist the new tenant with out all of their lease forms and addendums before taking occupancy.
How do tenants make maintneance requests?
Lindsay is the primary contact for all maintenance requests and/or emergencies via text, call or email. She lives locally and can respond herself or call the right person for the job within a very timely manner. She prides herself on quality customer service.
